STRUCTURAL STEEL
CME specialise in the production of primary and secondary steelwork packages of up to 200T. We are a fully CE certified to Execution Class 2. We manage projects from the very beginning, providing calculation and fully detailed CAD drawings using Tekla right through to painting, including intumescent and site installation.
BALUSTRADE & HANDRAILS
CME is an expert in manufacturing various types of balustrades and handrails. We produce over 15 kilometers of railings every year. We can offer railings according to your needs, such as regular railings for interior staircases, flat steel railings, steel frame with your selected filling, stainless steel and glass railings with frame or frameless ones and many others. Handrails can be offered in carbon steel , stainless steel tube or round timber.
ARCHITECTURAL METALWORKS
CME designs and produced some of the most complex and high quality architectural metalworks which can be found throughout modern buildings. Products such as balconies, bollards, planters, cane guards, bump rails, shelters, surface protection, cycle stands, covers and many others.
ACCESS PLATFORMS, BARRIERS & STAIRS
Our access, barriers and stairs are produced according to an individual design, therefore satisfy all clients’ requirements. Our products are designed to be easily assembled without the use of welding on site and all exterior staircases are hot-dip galvanised to ensure corrosion protection, stairs can be wet painted or powder coated as well. Products can be produced with various modifications of railings and handrails.
SECURITY
CME offers a full fabrication and installation service for commercial and industrial security products such as gates, railings, fencing, barriers, and window and door grilles. Some of these come as on the shelf products and others are tailored to meet the clients requirements.
PUBLIC ARTWORK
It all begins with an idea. We work with artist and professional architects to produce some of Ireland’s most prominent public sculptures and art. If you have a creative project to share with the world, we are here to help work out the practical mechanics of developing your ideas and manufacture a very high quality workpiece. Whatever it is, the way you have this made can make all the difference.
PROCESS PIPEWORK
Process pipework may seem out of place amongst our products, however, the company’s beginnings were in process piping and process equipment. We now specialise in supply only of stainless steel pipework of 25mm to 2000mm diameter along with all other types of process fabrications such as tanks, troughs & machinery.
OTHER PRODUCTS
CME can design and produce any other structure according to clients’ needs or drawings. In the course of our business activity, we have produced products such as heat exchangers, skips, storage cupboards, chutes, sinks, covers, machine parts, football stands, dividing walls and many many more. We make products out of STAINLESS STEEL, CARBON, ALUMINIUM, BRASS and COPPER.
We have a very well setup up workshop and take on challenges that most would not.
